Will we have time to explore the Big Island?

We do have one FREE day during the retreat that is open for a choose-your-own-adventure experience. In the past people have chosen to team up for an excursion or to see the lava flows (which are nearby when active), some choose to simply rest or walk Kalani's extensive property. The choice is yours.

Should I bring fire gear?

Fire is an option and we will have one fire night with a bonfire so please feel free to bring any fire prop you'd like! Synergy FlowArts will also be providing Quick Wicks® and firehoops for use if you don't feel comfortable traveling with yours.

When does the retreat officially begin and end?

Arrival day begins with dinner from 6pm - 7:30pm and opening circle at 8pm. Departure day we'll share an Ecstatic Dance experience and a shared lunch ending at 1pm.
